The Living Archive Band started out as the musical wing of the Living Archive itself. The Archive is a hugely valuable community resource too exciting and wide reaching to be described here. Visit their website for more insight.

Over the past twenty five years or so the Living Archive has put on numerous shows in conjunction with Stantonbury Drama. My first involvement was In 1993, writing and playing the music for Worker By Name, with old hands including Marion Hill, Paul Clark, and Brad Bradstock .
Since then, nearly two dozen musicians have at various times graced The Living Archive Band and produced music for all sorts of ventures, live, in the studio and on radio. The CD Real Lives was produced in 2000 by a 9-piece electric line-up. The c
urrent band is an acoustic quintet consisting of the three above-mentioned plus Sue Malleson and myself. In 2009 this line-up produced All That’s Changed, a definitive two volume collection of the most popular songs from the entire twenty five years worth of writing.
